Ater posting my review concerning ill treatment experienced at Makro, am now satisfied. A superstore communicated with me via mails and apologized on behalf of staff member I've reviewed about. That was not the end, last Monday the lady who mistreated me called and made a formal apology. Thanks Makro management. Thanks to hellepeter team for attending to my review, I really appreciate it.
