Thank you to Stella and Makro
I previously lodged a complaint about a Makro gift card that had expired and a person at their Call Centre refused to reinstate the card. Since then, Stella from Makro RiverSands has resolved the problem. She issued a replacement card to the same value and was friendly and efficient. Thank you to Stella and Makro.
