Ola Europe Mokoena I have at last received the outstanding cat food - my uppermost concern as I take care of abandoned animals. I want to thank you for your incredible effort to get this order sorted out. Keeping an even keel, even in the face of my rage. Thank you for that. And please forgive my ire. I do need to ask... what happened that these 2 orders were so disastrous? I rely on makro to feed the animals - but I cannot go through this again. So I ask you.... why did these orders derail, and how can i trust this will not happen again? Again, please accept my deep gratitude for sorting out this mess. Regards Marina
