Thanbk you Makro Vaal (Nhlanhla Nongogo)
Procured a Samsung 46" Smart Full HD LED TV from Makro Vaal on 2014-04-28. Requested Makro to assist with a replacement remote as the power button is problematic. Nhlanhla Nongogo from Makro liaised with AEC/Samsung, arranged for me to EFT directly to a supplier and a Makro driver collected the remote for me. I collected the remote from Makro Vaal. The entire process took less than 3 weeks and it is an original remote at 1/2 the price of any compatible remote on e.g. Takealot.com or similar.
