Brought a Milex Antarctic Air Cooler from Bloemfontein Makro on the way home. Upon opening the box we discovered there is no cartridge filter inside dispite the fact that according to the box the Air Cooler is supose to come with a filter. I phoned the call centre and tried to explain that I do not live in Bloemfontein and asked what can be done to fix their mistake. The lady working at the call centre just kept insisting that I have to get into my car and drive 360km to exchange the product before Friday. This is unexceptable. They are not even prepared to try and come up with a solution to there mistake
