Terrible, unbelievable......service

<p>I had placed and order and immediately paid for the delivery to be made to my customer on the 18/08/2016. At 15:52 today I receive a call from the head office delighted to notify me that my order is on the way. On the website it was updated on the 24/08 that my delivery is ready. In the morning I got a call at 08:15 from the courier guy that they cannot find the address!!! What kind of business is this? Don't you use GP's to locate the addresses? I regret giving you business and unfortunately its a ripple effect and might lose the trust of my customers. I wonder if you declare the 5 days delivery on your adverts if you really believe in it yourself, it is a lie. ind you my customer is in Woodmead and I placed the order at the same branch. Please guys close shop you have lost!!</p>
