Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

They are absolutely terrible at running an online business. Its going on almost a full two months now and I am still waiting for a refund - DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE!!!! Ever!!!!! I am lodging my complaint with the Consumer Goods Ombudsman now because this is now going on too long and would encourage others to do the same.
