Terrible service with only purchase

Absolutely useless with regards to refunds! They got back to me via email every 5 day and every time I responded they would just send an automated email and it wouldn’t solve anything. All I wanted to do is swap for a different size and they couldn’t even help me with that. DO NOT use their online store.
