Terrible service when you return what is still in warranty

In Riversands Makro I bought tablet for my daughter last year May 2025, bubble tablet and it didn't even last 6 months and i took it back, in October 2025. and i have been struggling to get this fixed. They first said it was damaged by the customer the charging block and had to pay R620 now they keep wanting more saying motherboard was damage by us but there is no visible crack on the tablet. How can this be damaged by me? they also say charging block is not damaged by i should pay R540 for the motherboard so why they don't take the money i paid for charging block????

Cecelia in Riversands Makro is dealing with this in their repairs but I swear we don't get feedback have to follow up many times before we can actually get updates with no updates
