Terrible service Refund Still Pending from Makro

On the 30th of September, I placed an order with Makro, but to my disappointment, the order was canceled because Makro did not assign funds to it. Since then, I’ve been in a frustrating cycle of calling and emailing, but all I’ve received are vague explanations without any concrete resolution.

After the cancellation, I was asked to provide proof of payment, which I promptly sent. Despite assurances that my case has been escalated to the online finance team, I am still waiting for my refund. Each time I follow up, I’m met with more “stories” and no action.

It’s incredibly disappointing that after nearly a month, I’m still without my refund, and Makro’s communication has been ineffective and unhelpful.
