Terrible service Online shopping

On the 1 October 2018 we placed an order for for Goods. Today is the 10 October still no delivery, every day they have a new excuse on why we do not get our order. Last month we had the same problem waited almost two weeks for goods we purchased. No one calls you from the shop to tell you why there is a delay. No communication at all. I am still waiting for the call center agent to call me back that took my call yesterday and was supposed to call me back in 5 min. A day has gone pass and still no stock no phone call. This will be the last time we will buy from online.
