Terrible service online shop

I ordered a mattress topper online on the 25 Feb 2025. They indicated that it will be delivered on the 8th of March 2025. However this did not happen. My order is still in progress. I can't understand that after two weeks the order could not be filled. When I phoned I was told that as soon as they can get a hold of the supplier they will contact me. Why so long this is totally ridiculous. I will never buy anything from Makro again. Pathetic service. Could customers not just be updated if there is some sort of problem. I am truly disappointed!!!! Maybe you should get rid of suppliers that can't fill orders!
