Terrible Service- Online Delivery

To say I am disappointed with Makro would be an understatement, I ordered a phone from them, my address clearly has my town as Schagen, and postal code as 1207. A simple Google search would tell you this address is in Mpumalanga, but no, I get a call from a driver telling me he can't find my address, in Cape Town! Imagine my shock! Now I get in touch with their cx, and want to find out when I will be getting my order, and their response? "We not sure about that, we will have to wait for the store to advice, as they funds for the order needs to be moved from Cape Town to Mpumalanga" now this is something I need rather urgently hence I chose them over Takealot as they promised a 2 to 5 day delivery. Getting this response simply means I can be in limbo for days on end while they justify their mistake, I don't understand how I now have to suffer for someone's negligence.
