Terrible service on getting my refund
Terrible that you place a order they take your money then cancel items and i wait going on three weeks for my money back and everytime i call i get told they exculating the matter

12 Jun 2023, 12:59This is not acceptable at all, i was asked to send all my details through with a copy of my I.D. i now get the same requesting from Bongani to send again. i cannot believe that such a big group cannot refund what they have received days ago.

20 Jun 2023, 05:43This honestly pathetic almost a month and still no refund after i cannot tell you how many phone calls and e mails i get a response to say they have a backlog this was last week..joke is on their customers i guess still no refund and zero response since then.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced and after shopping at Makro from the day they opened sad that hey don't care about their customers.
