Terrible service 😞. Not trustworthy.

Refiled my gas cylinder in Makro Newmarket in Alberton yesterday. The service was terrible 😞 made payment at 14H20 in the afternoon. After two hours came back ...still I had to wait .... When I asked the gentleman who was helping us, he could not give me a straight answer after hours of waiting.... Finally got the cylinder at 17H30 and it was not my brand new cylinder it was changed for an old one.... I asked the gentleman....but he could not give me a straight answer again. I was so furious.
