Terrible service ,misleading information

I bought LG 17 kg washing machine on the 16 dec 2025 ,when i used the machine on the 7th day of purchase it did not wash properly and the machine was shaking unusual and very slow . At first i thought the machine is complicated. On the 8th day i took the machine back to Makro to request for another brand they told me i was not suppose to use the machine. I fail to understand that part reason is i bought the machine to use it . How was i suppose to know if the machine is not working to satisfaction , worse part did not wash properly? Was i suppose to lie and say i did not use the machine ? i really don't understand. I think they knew that the machine is faulty and doesn't wash properly.
