Terrible service Makro online

Absolutely terrible service from Makro online I bought a dressing table for my daughter on the 5th of January. The expected date of delivery was the 13th of January. On the 13th of January I was told the order was still in progress after I called to check if it was going to be delivered. After a few phone calls the operator told me that the item is out of stock but not to worry because it was escalated as urgent and that someone will contact me within 48 hours. It has been 7days and I have followed up myself as I have had no communication whatsoever from Makro online. Absolutely terrible service Will never use them again. So disappointed.
