Terrible service (Makro Crown mines and Woodmead)

Since Tuesday, 03 September 2019 I've been trying to get a Makro branch that has an iPhone deal on contract one going for R199.00pm over 24 months and comes with R1000.00 macro store voucher. What a terrible service from staff, at first I called the service desk on ***which I was holding for more than 4 minutes then I was referred to nearest branch being Crown mines on 011 309 100 and when I called the store I was told there's no stock available just like that, not even lets take your number will let you know when we receive stock or atleast try later, consultant just hung up on me any way I tried Woodmead store at 10.17am on 05 September 2019 there it was worse as I was passed on from 1 person to another in the cell phone desk still with still no assistance. Not sure if its the I don't care attitude from staff or it was just bad timing when I called. must say I was really disappointed in the service I received what makes it worse is that the offer or deal is finishing this coming weekend and I fear the worst ,I might not get the phone with the service I'm getting
