Terrible service in Makro

I have recently done an interview online purchase via Makro and the service was horrible . The purchase was done on the 6 th of July and to day I have had no deliver . I have called and emailed the online support and they refuse to let you speak to store or manager and literally have no information , other than they will escalate to online team in Ottery which is the store that should process the order . They have taken my more , service is pathetic and you can’t speak to anyone who can help
