Terrible service from Makro SA online store

Makro SA your service sucks. Where is my refund for cancelled order MAK***? Now you are telling me part of my order was delivered, I received nothing. I cancelled the order with Babelwa Peterson on the 7th of December already. She confirmed that she cancelled it with Germiston Branch.*** Customer support is just ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages. And no one answers your phones. This smells like ***** to me since you are now telling me part of the order has been delivered. You have my money and I have nothing. Worst online company to deal with, ever!
