Terrible service from Makro riversands and wumdrop couriers

Worst service ever Order MAK*** order placed 17th March, our business account clearly states business hours monday to friday 8am till 4pm, my twins had their birthday party on saturday 25 March with no present as you have yet to deliver, this matter was escalated to the courier and to Makro riversand and still nothing was done to insure delivery was made intime for their birthday !

i would like to know what you are going to do about the fact that you completely ruined my twins 10th birthday and that they sat at a party with no birthday present ! as a single mom i moved heaven and earth just to afford the party and bikes and you made me look like a failure to my kids!!!!!
