Terrible Service from Makro RCS LOans
I've requested Makro for the last 3 weeks now to assist me with a letter stating that there's no MAKRO RCS Loan on my name and still no assistance and or feedback. We've emailed them several times and visited the Wonderboom branch a couple of times. Phoned a few times and each and every time, I'm promised that a letter will be sent to me confirming that there's no outstanding loan om my name as I need to submit this to ABSA to proceed with my home loan application. ABSA will be cancelling my loan as I'm not able to provide them with a letter.
No phone call from Makro No Email No Letter No assistance @all. This is really bad service .
If anyone's willing to assist me ASAP this will be highly appreciated as the consultants I'm dealing with don't assist at all. I only need a letter, surely this is not to much to ask!!
