Terrible service from Makro Ottery

I am very disappointed with the service i received with Makro i Mr Mohamed Jada with the order no *** had to end up paying for a product that should have been still under warranty my Microwave however the managers working there are full of empty promises my microwave was repaired almost a month ago already, but they claim the couriers. delayed the process and as a result i need to continue eating the food cold until they wait to bring it back this is frustrating and very unfair. by right they should arrange to pick it up from Liptronics and refund my money for making me wait so long very disappointed Mohamed Jada cell ***
