Terrible service from Makro online shopping

Dissatisfied with Makro for putting us through this, shopped online through Makro online and they have our order delivered by the courier guy, now we have to deal with this terrible service rendered by courier guy Mafikeng....and makro is unreachable or cannot come to any assist now it our problem to deal with although we have no deal or whatever with courier guy.... Never again using Makro online shopping terrible service
