Terrible service from Makro online orders

Do not order online from Makro SA.

Unfortunately i have had a very bad experience with my online order from Makro. When i ordered online for a sports clinic, the order was split and half of it was sent to Makro Crown mines and the other half to Makro Strubens Valley. The part from Makro Crown mines was delivered within a week.

However 3 weeks later i have still not had the part of my order from Strubens Valley and no idea why. When I phoned the head office they told me it would be delivered by the end of the third week and then still nothing. I then got in touch with Strubens Valley and paarently there was an error on their system so they were waiting for head office to send them the money so they could process the order in store.

Again, no one had told me this, i had to spend my own minutes phoning and chasing people down.

Now my sports clinic has passed, i had to use more of my own money to buy energades at another store and i have still not recieved the energades i ordered.

I requested a refund now too and still have had absolutely no response from head office or Makro Strubens valley. I will never be ordering from Makro online ever again!!
