TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONLINE ORDERS

Terrible, terrible service. : ( I placed an online order 26 Nov. I was promised delivery by 1 Dec. I phoned the call centre twice. I E mailed the call centre twice. I am just being told that it is an external supplier. I just have to sit and wait for their response. I have no way to contact them. Makro has no way to contact them. I just have to sit and wait for them to respond. Request request (***) Order MAK***.
