TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONLINE

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will NEVER order from their online store again! I placed my order on the 19th April and was told that my products will be delivered on the 26 of April. Only then to find out on the day, that my order is DELAYED. 2 days later they now tell me that the stock is unavailable so I will be getting a refund on the things I ordered. LIKE ARE YOU JOKING??? I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks for you to tell me that the stock is unavailable and I will be refunded, I’ve been waiting endlessly and no communication has been made from your side. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and SHOCKING service from you guys. NEVER, EVER again!!!
