Terrible service from Makro Online

Even after logging a Hello Peter complaint in an attempt to obtain any feedback, I received a message through the site saying that they have engaged directly with me to provide feedback. To date, no one has made contact and I still wait patiently for either a refund or the product that I purchased in February and which up to now I do not have.

Please do not make the same mistake I have made. DO NOT purchase anything from Makro online. The service is atrocious.
