Terrible service from Makro online.

Stay away from Makro online.

I placed an order on the 4th of May, and some of my items were never delivered. I called customer service and was told that the are waiting for stock from another store, however that was never communicated. Mind you, this was a birthday gift I was supposed to give on the 9th of May. Not only that, the customer service agent cancelled the remaining order without even telling me that they are cancelling. I received terrible service from Makro online. And I will be advising everyone that I know and more to never purchase from Makro online. I did not receive the service I was promised. Now I have to wait days to receive my refund. I won't be able to bring a gift tomorrow, because of the incompetence of Makro
