Terrible service from Makro, non delivery of goods!

Such a disappointment ordering from Makro!!

Its been over 2x weeks since placing my order and paying for items I did not receive.

I have been following up daily and all I get is "it has been escalated"

Neither the store or any customer service agent is getting back to be to resolve this issue and I will be in contact with CPA going forward.
