Terrible service from Makro

The worst service ever! Makro online it terrible and they don't care about customer service. I ordered goods before Christmas, its the 6th of jan and still no word on my delivery. They took my money over 3 weeks ago and even after following up with numerous emails and calls to their call centre still no goods! Sooo disappointed as I've used them a few times before
