Terrible Service from Makro - Do not use them for deliveries!!!

I have placed two orders with Makro and this is not the first time I have had such poor service. I placed it on the 29th of November and 8 days later phoned several times to ask when it will be delivered. Eventually I asked the call centre to just cancel the order. I even sent their call centre email several emails to ask for the order to be cancelled and ordered all the items from another retailer who delivered everything spot on the very next day. I had two reference numbers *** and ***. Eventually they delivered one which I accepted but I then phoned them and said i will not accept the other order. They must cancel. Today 15 days later - I get an email to say they will deliver today. I will not accept the delivery as i already ordered from another vendor. I was horrified now when I read all the complaints on Hellopeter and that Makro does not even have the decency to respond to the complaints. I yet again phoned the call centre and if you ask to speak to a manager - you get the same answer, sorry they are the only people that can escalate the call - escalate it to where I ask you as I have called over 6 times and nothing! I have sent over 6 emails - and nothing. Then you send me an email to rate your service and that link does not even work. What service - If they deliver today - I will send it right back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
