Terrible Service from Makro

I have had the absolute worst service from Makro Online, Its been over a week, and still no delivery, I have called customer service and they keep saying they will get hold of Makro Springfield Park but nobody answers the phone at Makro Springfield Park, I have 3 reference numbers and nobody can assist, I have emailed Makro online and no reply, I have sent a WhatsApp and also no response, I am so frustrated and I will never order from them again, I was a regular customer but this experience is pathetic.
