Terrible service from Makro Black Friday.

I would give them a zero but I can’t so we’ll stick to one star. I have received some of the worst service delivery from Makro SA. I have a long story to tell but I’ll try and keep it short; 26 November 2023: I order a Samsung smart TV online as well as an TV license and as part of a Black Friday deal, they offer a soundbar with my order. 30 November 2023: I receive the TV but no soundbar. I also get an SMS from the SABC stating my tv license hasn’t been paid??? Same day I make a call them asking about it, they tell me they’ll sort it out. 5 December 2023: I get an sms that my TV license has been paid, I inform them and thank them but remind them I still haven’t gotten any communication regarding the soundbar. 6 December 2023: they tell me they’ve escalated the matter. RADIO SILENCE FOR THE REMAINING DAYS OF DECEMBER. Randomly, on the 9th of Jan 2024 I get an email asking which makro is closest to me, I respond, silence. 19 January 2024: I call to follow up, they tell me they’ll escalate it again, I tell them I want some form of improvement by Monday. 22 January 2024: I call again, they tell me some long story about the marketing department ntonton. I say I honestly don’t care, I just want an ETA for my parcel, the lady tells me she’s going to email me with an update in the evening, I don’t receive an email.

THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE. Friday marks 2 whole months since I’ve made my order. How can you as a business send out half an order and make a client beg for the other half. I will say the customer care consultants are kind but the communication from the company is not it. As a business you should not make promises you are not in the capacity to fulfill, I did not force you guys to push out that promotion but it seems as though I am being unreasonable when I make calls asking about it. I’ve never had such a bad experience with ordering online. This is my first and last time ordering from makro online this entire experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Truly unacceptable and terribly inconvenient. Dear Makro SA, please send me my parcel.
