Terrible service from Makro and not refunding

Ref no: MAK ********** .... Makro can't keep promises that they have made. I wrote a review on the 19th April 2019 and they responded on the 21st of April 2019 saying my details have been sent to finance but up until today I have not received my money. There is a term that I begun not to like it "escalate" ever since I talked with their consultants they have been misusing this word and I think it's the way of making you to be quiet and stop asking about your money. I don't have money now as we speak but they decided to keep my money as if it will come with interest when they bring it back. Whats really going on from Makro? Are they making profit from us by not giving us our refunds? What kind of service is this? They really should be ashamed of themselves, of taking money from people who does not have.... I am dispointed and heartbroken.... Unhappy customer ?????
