Terrible service from Makro and Hisense

Never buy appliances from Makro SA online. I bought a Hisense fridge and they delivered on the 16Nov on the 17 Nov I called their call centre letting them know it is faulty they said a technician will come to check and fix in two days more than a week later no one calls me or comes out when I call makro they keep telling me a technician query is logged I must wait. Eventually I called Hisense they also keep saying today a technician is on his way no one come. I asked makro for a refund and the consultant said they can’t authorise that when I asked to speak to someone who can she put me on hold for more than 25 min I eventually hung up. Still to this day I am stuck with a faulty fridge cos no one wants to help
