Terrible Service & False Advertising

I used Makro Online to order a new Christmas tree which was advertised as 3 separate branch pieces plus the foot of the tree and was advertised as 1138 branches / tips meaning this would be very fluffy for a 1.5m tree.

What arrived was a two piece tree that looks anorexic and half naked.

Online is states that you can return this to your nearest Makro store however when calling Makro Port Elizabeth they said I cannot as its a third party supplier...but since it goes through Makro Online and under Makros name, Makro should be responsible for returns!

Very upset as I just want to return this ugly looking stick of a tree and get my money back and cancel my payflex!
