Terrible service !!!

Horrible Service. Ordered a product online that I need quite urgently. My scheduled delivery date was yesterday as per the email they sent, I have made numerous calls on their behalf to find out where my package is, the tracking order status haven’t updated since Monday when I received the email that it was packed and waiting to be handed to the courier company , I called this morning their call centre agents are completely useless as they basically don’t have an answer . I was advised it will be escalated and someone will call me . I wrote an email stating I am still waiting for someone to call me , I yet again emphasised I need the product Urgently as I need it for the weekend . I am worried we are approaching the long weekend they is a possibility I will get the product by Tuesday and if I cancel I wouldn’t be receiving my refund straight away . So I can purchase somewhere else . Terrible service I will never order from Makro online !!!
