Terrible service

Worst service ever. I placed an online order on the 3rd of June and i was to wait 2 to 5 days for delivery. On the 10th i finally sent a mail to inquire about the order amd i got no reply. I called their customer care only to be told that my order has been cancelled and in the refund process which was submitted today. I wouldn’t have known if i didn’t call and 2 to 5days i have to wait for a refund.

Online is not for every business. Makro your customer service is pathetic.
