Disgusting Service :

I was so excited to receive my treadmill only to be disappointed by it being broken and the running pad not moving at All... I have made constant enquiries,emails and phone calls with no resolution >>

Received and email to say I would be contacted by a Trojan service consultant has resulted in a longer than 72 hr wait as promised - Multiple calls at my cost, every call being told it will take 24 hrs, it will take 72hrs, come on get it together > it's so easy to take someones money!

I'm so upset by this...
