Terrible service!!!!

I am so disgusted in Makros customer service, I purchased a TV from them last year. A 55 inch sinotec smart TV... The reason why I bought it was because they said SMART!! Only to find out that it's not actually compatible, the apps on the TV don't even work, I contacted makro they sent technicians to my house to try sort the issue out for about 4 to 5 months I've been up and down with these ppl about the same thing. One last time I contacted makro eventually they sent these techs to my house to fetch the TV to repair it, they sent it back after a week. But nothing was fixed. I contacted makro again. Same story they want proof of how many times these techs came to my house so that they can see if they can assist. In every call I mentioned that my warranty will be ending soon and I don't want this TV. Now when I call they telling that the person that can assist me is not at work today... Worse experience ever. My money is gone to waste
