Terrible service Ever..

On the 31st of July, I placed an order online, with an expectation that this will take 2-5 days to be delivered. I received an email stating that my order was received and is being processed. Three days later I sent them an email enquiring when should I expect my order to be delivered, I only received a response a day later, stating there might be a delay with the store that is processing the order but they will cantact the store to find out what's the hold up. Two days later I phoned them and 2 times they answered but no response and I could hear people talking in the background and they dropped it, I phoned again and it was picked up this time, I told the guy my problem and he checked, and told me the order is waiting to be dispatch by couriers and assured me that the order will be delivered on that same day, till today I'm still waiting for the order. This was by far the worst experience ever with online ordering. I wouldn't recommend their online service to anyone, such a well-known store like this, it's shocking.
