Terrible service

Good Day, I opened my microwave yesterday and there is a big dent on the side of the microwave, looks like someone dropped it, please replace it and deliver a new one, once you pick this one up. I did not pay for a cheap or broken microwave and I did not pay for delivery to be re delivered, need the microwave ASAP.

No feedback yet on this, was logged yesterday and this morning, still no feedback.

Because of this services I will never buy online or any products from Samsung again.
