Terrible service

I ordered a weelie bag from makro given a date on when my order will be delivered. The day before at about 22:00pm got an email saying my order is delayed. Took the initiative to phone customer care to find out why is my order delayed spoke to the lady telling it doesn't specify why is the order delayed but I can drive to the store to collect. I drove to the store only to be told the bag has been out of stock since last year. What a pathetic service of why does it still appear on the app, driving all the way to the store for nothing
