Terrible Service

My experience with Makro has been absolutely abysmal. I placed an order online. Scheduled delivery was supposed to be three weeks later. Day of delivery, no communication. Days after delivery, no communication. Today, still no communication. I phone, get put on hold, they cut the call. I phone, they pretend not to hear me, cut the call. I phone, eventually explain my story to someone and they tell me that the order will be cancelled and refunded. I don’t want that. The supplier has contacted me to say that my order is available but Makro has failed collection twice. Why did they not communicate this? I certainly do not recommend Makro at all.
