Terrible Service

Terrible service from the Makro online team. I ordered a car cover on the 20th of December and was given the 2nd of December as a delivery date which I understood because of the holidays in between. Yesterday was the 2nd and they still did not deliver, the agent I spoke advised that their ecommerce team will be closed until the 13nth of January. To my surprise this morning they cancelled my order. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had from such a big retailer. Do not trust them!
