Terrible service call center doesn't help emails ignoring Makro

I ordered something on the 19th of December online it's hasn't arrived today is the 14th of January calling emailing no help and no further at getting my refund as customer this terrible service you can't email reginal manager why is that these people should no what's going on its like no one cares .
