Terrible service

I bought a laptop in December last year and last month the laptop charging pin was not working. I took the laptop back to makro and they assessed it. They told me last week they will refund me. So they gave me a voucher to use in-store as I needed to get another laptop for work. There was not a good variety of laptops. I saw one online but I couldn't use the voucher there. I went into makro strubensvalley and the lady at the returns department was sp rude and advised they can't give me the cash they advised I have to use the voucher in store. The Terrible attitude that woman had was so disrespectful. I don't find anything that is suitable for me so what am I supposed to do with the voucher??
