Terrible service. Broken promises and non delivery. *******

I placed an order for a scientific calculator on the 01st of January which was on promotion. I made a payment from my account which cleared and went through on my side. Makro could not pick up the payment. I sent proof of payment numerous times. Eventually a tram leader forwarded it to the finance department. I received a message on Thursday saying my items are dispatched. Yesterday Friday 11/01/2024 I received a call that I am getting my refund. I called again and said I don't want a refund. Now I am told that the items are cancelled and I'm getting a refund in 10 days time. I tried to reorder and the price isn't the same. I want my order. I want my order as promised at the price promised
