Terrible service!
I made an order on the 5/01/2025. I received part of the order on 7/01/2025. The 2nd delivery which was scheduled for a couple of days later, didn't make it to me. I have been calling and emailing to get the order to me, until I got frustrated and canceled it completely in February I still haven't received my money back from makro and all I'm getting is automated responses saying "your matter has been escalated " It has been over 2 months fighting for this other.

There's no way it's a hassle to get a refund unless the tactic is for me to end up giving up so you can keep my money despite the fact that I've received pathetic service!
